Validated in a real factory with 1,200 skilled workers

We built a data studio at the LTS VINA factory in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and are collecting skilled workers' sewing data.

03 // Sewing process types

From straight to 3D, collected process by process

On the same sewing machine, hand movement and fabric tension differ by process. We collect data for each process separately so the model learns to tell them apart.

05 // Our robots

Robots follow human motion

Collected data is validated first on a dual-arm robot and robot hands. This is an early stage of in-house soft-material handling tests.
