1. What we collect
Through the contact form on this website we collect:
- Required: inquiry type, contact name, phone or email, message
- Optional: company name
This website does not use cookies for analytics or advertising. To prevent duplicate submissions, only the time of your last inquiry is stored in your browser.
2. Why we use it
Only to review and answer your inquiry and to contact you about automation adoption, data collaboration, or investment.
3. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for one year after the inquiry is closed and then delete it without delay, unless the law requires a longer retention period.
4. Service providers and transfers abroad
Your inquiry is delivered to our company email through the email delivery service EmailJS. It may pass through servers outside Korea in the process and is not used for any other purpose.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not share personal information with third parties except with your consent or where the law requires it.
6. Deletion
Information past its retention period is deleted so that it cannot be recovered. Any printed copies are shredded or incinerated.
7. Your rights
You may ask at any time to access, correct, delete, or stop the processing of your personal information by contacting us below. You may decline consent, but we will then be unable to respond through the contact form.
